The Wyoming County Cultural Center/Dietrich Theater is excited to introduce to you our on- screen "Business Sponsorship" advertising.
What is a business sponsorship?
It is a way to receive outstanding exposure for your business. This heightened awareness is raised through our slide shows. Your company image is projected onto the movie screens before the feature film is shown. Your business will also be listed on our website (www.dietrichtheater.com).
On-screen promotions are a successful way to promote your business to a captive audience. At the Dietrich, frequently audiences come early in order to secure good seating. While sitting in the theater your business slides will appear on the screen. The audience may comment to one another regarding these images. In promotional terms this is defined as "visual intensity", meaning what people see on the large screen actually creates a lasting impression. Your business statement will be projected on both theater screens for approximately12 seconds. Depending upon the number of sponsers, it may appear more than once during each screening. We will utilize this slide show of our business sponsors before every movie, in both theaters. The theater schedules an average of eighteen movie times per week. The average monthly attendance at the Dietrich ranges between 5,000-10,000 people depending upon the film being shown.
Why are we non-profit?
The Dietrich Theater is a non-profit 501C3 theater, under the sponsorship of the Wyoming County Cultural Center. As a non-profit organization, we offer special programming, children's theater and school and educational outreach in addition to movie offerings. Our operations are driven by these cultural and educational values. Our non-profit status allows us to accept tax-deductible contributions enabling us to accomplish our commitment to the community.
We would welcome the opportunity to partner with your organization. At the Dietrich you will get more than just a movie. Attached you will find our on screen donation and advertising information.
Your business slide will be professionally designed and produced to maximize your organization's image. There is a set-up and production fee of $75.00. This fee includes one slide for each theater. We will arrange to have professional photos taken or if you would prefer, you may submit your own for the slide. Our graphic designers have learned what works and appears best on screen, but we are more than willing to work with designs that you may wish to incorporate. You will be given the opportunity to approve your slide prior to final production.
Your business slide will be computer generated incorporating photos and graphics and projected onto our theater size movie screens. Our slides run continuously prior to each feature film and any available time between features. Each slide is projected for approximately 12 seconds.
There are two contractual options. Option one is a six-month contract at a cost of $350. The second option is a one-year contract for $700. Please also allow for the additional $75 set-up fee. The contract is to be paid in full and due at the time of contract signatures. Your business sponsorship payment is entirely tax deductible.
This opportunity will provide an affordable venue of advertising as well as an increase in potential customer exposure.
