Explore the international cuisines and their cultures of origin in this hands-on class.  Aspiring chefs will experience the tastes and traditions of a different culture each class while cooking their own culinary masterpieces.  Students will learn how to make healthy dishes from Mexico, Italy and more, and will gain the skills needed to prepare these meals at home.  First time chefs welcome.  Classes will be held at the Dietrich.
