Classical guitarist Jay Steveskey will perform the wonderful waltzes, sonorous songs and delightful dances of Venezuela this fall at the Dietrich Theater. Music will include compositions by the great Venezuelan composer and guitarist Antonio Lauro (1917-1986), known for his beautiful Venezuelan Waltzes, as well as original music by Vicente Emilio Sojo (1887-1974), Rodrigo Riera (1923-1999) and the skillful arrangements of popular Venezuelan music by virtuoso guitarist Alirio Diaz (b. 1923).  Tickets can be reserved by calling 570-996-1500 and will be available at the door while they last.
