Week 1

Barbara Tierney wants you to experience the gifts that Kundalini yoga has to offer as you explore breath, movement and mantra. Kundalini yoga is challenging to everyone yet can be done by everyone. She is recommending the following link to a YouTube video from renowned Kundalini Teacher, Ann Novak. This video features nice warm-up exercises to relieve tension in body, something we could all use.

Note: Barbara Tierney teaches Kundalini Yoga at the Dietrich on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. year round. Please look for classes to resume when the Dietrich reopens.

 

 

Week 2

Experience the gifts that Kundalini yoga has to offer as you explore breath, movement and mantra. Kundalini yoga is challenging to everyone yet can be done by everyone. I am going to recommend the following link to another YouTube video from renowned  Kundalini Teacher, Ann Novak. This video features "Kundalini Yoga To Master Your Domain" and is 26 minutes in length. If you want to change what is happening on the outside, begin by changing what is happening on the inside.  Release physical and mental tension that causes toxins and waste build up and hamper our energy levels.  Releases deep tension in body and brings in oxygen to all cells of body.

Experience the gifts that Kundalini yoga has to offer as you explore breath, movement and mantra. Kundalini yoga is challenging to everyone yet can be done by everyone. I am going to recommend the following link to another YouTube video from renowned  Kundalini Teacher, Ann Novak. This video features "Various Breathing Practices" and is 7 minutes in length. These breathing practices can be used to improve energy, calm, quitting smoking, etc.
