Rose M. Wright, fiber artist, and Robert Anderson, writer and author, both of West Wyoming, will bring their visual and literary art to the Evans and the Sherwood Galleries of the Dietrich Theater in March and April with a reception for the public on Friday, March 14 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. This exhibit will showcase the creative fiber artworks of Rose Wright and the illustrations from Robert Anderson’s The Cat, The Sun, and The Mirror created by Hannah Rawe. They have named the exhibit R & R + H: Image/Word.
The reception on Friday, March 14, will feature a reading of his book by Robert Anderson, accompanied by Rose Wright who will showcase copies of the illustrations. To add to the experience two musicians, Kathy Wang and Jason Smeltzer, will enrich the story playing two instruments – the guzheng, a Chinese harp, and the theremin, respectively.
